What are the payment options?
We will accept all major credit cards and PayPal is indeed our friend.
What is your return policy?
Problems with your order:
Please contact me first with any problem or questions with your order as I’d love the opportunity to work with you to try and make it right.
If that’s not possible and you simply need to return it, it will break my heart :-(, but I will of course accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Please contact me within: 5 days of delivery for returns or exchanges
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. Thanks for understanding.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact me to get a return authorization first. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We’ll have to figure that one out and I’d rather not. Please just pack it well.

How long does it take for the item to deliver?
Creation time: 3-5 business days
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
*OR* Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
In total, it can take about 1-2 weeks for the piece to be in your hot little hands. If it will be any longer, you will be contacted.
What about repairs?
I take extra care to solder closed every jump ring so that my pieces should be extra strong and last for you, but hey, it’s jewelry and needs to be treated carefully. Under normal wear and tear, if you lose a gemstone or a crystal I will try to replace it for you. If I still have one that matches. If not, we can probably find something that works. There will be either no cost, short of shipping, or minimal cost if it was the keystone gem.
Do you offer customizations?
Customization or commission work:
Some pieces can be customized with a name or a date on them, even if you don’t see the option. If there’s room on the silver, it can probably be done. Don’t be afraid to ask the question or ask for a quick quote. Alternatively if you see a piece that you would like in a different gemstone or have an idea for a piece that you don’t see, please just contact me and we’ll see if we can make it happen.
